Project-based learning is a constructivist approach to learning where students work on open-ended problems or projects. This Learning Path takes teachers through the basics of project-based learning, including the characteristics of projects and ideas of how to assess projects. Included is a very high level example of the types of learning activities one teacher included in her project to help guide students to deeper, more engaged learning.
